Walking throug the city of Linz on Johannes Kepler's marks

Here lived the famous astronomer Johannes Kepler

Visiting some historical sites

Visit at the public observatory of Linzer Astronomische Gemeinschaft (LAG)

Having fun with the true to scale (even the weight !) planetary model.

Due to continuing refurbishment works the telescope was still disassembled.

Lajos, our local telescope supplier, sponsored  a nice coffee brake :-)

Short visit and look to the "astronomical glas windows" (modern & old) of the Cathedral of Linz.

The next stop was at the newly opened up telescope shop of Lajos Szantho.

Not alone Babak likes the sales mix ........

..... but also his wife  Shadi ;-)

After a nice dinner in an Italian/Greek-restaurant we arrived the Ursulinenhof

There Babak gave a lecture at Ursulinenhof during our monthly meeting of LAG.

Again some donating ceremonies ;-)

 I too was accorded the honour of getting a pretty TWAN-picture by Babak A. Tafreshi :-)
